Placing entries chronologically

People ,especially children, don't always get found in the order they were born. How do you quick fix this on F H please, on my last software you pressed one button and it was done.
I expect it is hidden away on one of the instructions discs and I can,t find it so hoping someone can help. :oops:

Menu Tools > Re-order out of sequence data.
