* Loading saved draft

I created a new post forthe Wish List, but before submitting it, decided it was better suited to the General forum, so I then saved it as a draft, with the intention of loading it as a new post in the General forum

However, when I tried creating the new post, I was unable to load the draft, which I discovered was only visible in the forum in which it was created.

Is there a reason why drafts aren’t be saved against the user, rather than the forum? That way they can be moved to correct forum before user submits them.

Because PHPBB the software we use for the forum, does not allow it.
