Focus Window Spouse view question

Post by redx593 » 30 Sep 2017 12:07

Hello folks,
In FH version 5 is there a way to have just one spouse displayed in the Focus window?

Currently, I have set a particular family member as the "Home person" and as he has been married twice. I have entered the details of both female spouses, but by doing this both of those spouses are displayed in the one focus window. I would prefer to have just the second spouse displayed, with perhaps a link of some sort to the first spouse. Is there some way of doing this?

I have tried searching through the Help menu but cannot find anything on this particular problem.

Thanks.

You could set the Second Spouse as the Root person, but other than that I don't think you can hide the first wife.

Hi Jane,

That would work, but it's not quite what I wanted to achieve. Perhaps a future version of FH will have this problem.covered.

Thanks for the help, much appreciated.

Regards,
Barry.
