* Merging Duplicate Place Names

I have a number of duplicate place names and was wondering if it was possible to merge them. There was a similar feature on Roots Magic which worked well, but I cannot find a similar method on Family Historian.

First of all did you try Help > Search Help for merge places and click List Topics?
There are several entries on generally merging records, but under Work with Data Dialogue it explains specifically how to merge place names.
i.e.
Use Tools > Work with Data > Places, select two place names, and click Merge button.
