* Videos in the Knowledge Base - not working

The animated video tutorials appear to have stopped working!

At first I thought it was Windows 10 problem, but it fails the same in Vista.

After clicking the play button the YouTube videos display the message:
An error occurred. Please try again later. (Playback ID: .......)

Or in some browsers it displays just a large black or white rectangle without any controls at all.

Is anyone else experiencing this?

P.S.
On inspecting the HTML webpage code it appears that the YouTube Id is being truncated to the last 5 characters by removing the first 6 chars, so if I edit the KB page and add any 6 chars to the front, then it renders the video correctly. That fix has been applied to:

how_to:v4:multimedia_report|> Multimedia Window and Report
how_to:v4:understanding_projects|> Understanding Projects

This looks like a problem for Jane to fix.

Using Windows 7 and Chrome, I just see a blank white space where the video should be, and right-clicking brings up "Movie not loaded...". They can be found by searching within youtube.com, and they work OK there.

They don't work in Firefox on a Mac either so there is either something wrong with the KB video embedding, the link or YouTube.

Just to say I am aware of this and am working on the issue, but I won't be able to look at in detail until tomorrow.

I think all the videos are working now. If you find a page that isn't if you have editing rights, edit the page and make sure the link is

{{youtube>xxxxxxx}}
where xxxxxx is the you tube video id.
