* List of individual record persons and their dates

Is it possible to produce a report that shows all the people in the individual record list plus their birth and death dates. Have tried to do this in a number of ways without success!!

Here's a useful start point how_to:customising_record_window_columns|> Customise or Print Records Window Columns, i.e. the way to go is to set up a Query to provide the result set you want and then print the list produced by that query. If you save the Query, once set up, you can then re-run it at any time to get an updated list or edit it to meet different requirements.

The details depend on what you mean by a 'report'.
Do you just want it on screen, or printed hardcopy, or exported as a spreadsheet?

If just on screen, then add custom columns to the Records Window.
Do you need help with that?

Printed report needs the Query approach.
