I have a problem where occasionally seemingly random people come up with a blank baptism entry on a family tree diagram when there is no information in the baptism field on the program, and no source for baptism either. I do not have the field set to show even when blank, and it only happens on some people.
Any ideas on how to fix this one?

Re: Blank Baptism Entries on Diagrams
When you say "there is no information in the baptism field on the program" where are you looking?
Double-click on the Diagram Box that is showing the blank Baptism event to open the Property Box.
Then open the Facts tab, where I suspect the Baptism event will be listed but with no Date, Age, Place details, etc.
Select it, and click the Delete Fact X button below to fix the problem.
This type of blank event can arise when a Date or Place is entered inadvertently via the Main tab and then those fields erased, but the event itself still remains with blank fields. Alternatively, such blank events may arise when a Gedcom is imported from another product.
Use fhugdownloads:contents:query_all_empty_facts|> Query:Fact ~ All Empty Facts to list all such blank facts, and you can then delete whichever ones you wish.

Wonderful, problem solved thank you. In future I will remember to delete the fact itself as well when removing information from the date and place field.
