Export Gedcom File same gender partners

It has been pointed out that some products do not recognise the same gender partner tags as exported by the Export Gedcom File Plugin.

Currently it retains the FH symmetric format in the FAMily record of two 1 HUSB tags or two 1 WIFE tags.

Whereas, it is believed that FTM 2014 and Heredis only recognise asymmetric format with one 1 HUSB tag and one 1 WIFE tag, despite both Individuals being Male or both Female.

Does anyone know how any other products handle this situation?
