[Could somebody advise me how to delete a project from the project window

In File > Project Window select the Project then use More Tasks > Delete Project and click OK.

Check the dialogue carefully, tick the confirmation at bottom, and finally click Delete All, or if in any doubt click Cancel.

I'm afraid it did not work for me, obviously I have done something wrong.
My efforts were:
1. On desktop double clicked FH
2. Closed Tip of the Day
3. In project window clicked on project to delete and then opened project
4. Clicked File >Project window the first item on the menu
5. Selected the Project > More Tasks
6. There is no reference to "Delete project.
Where have I gone wrong please?

In step 3 do NOT open the Project.

Just select the project name you want to delete so it is highlighted in the Project Window.

Then More Tasks > Delete Project is not greyed out, and can be clicked.

Alternatively, right-click the project name you want to delete and choose Delete Project from the menu.
