* Importing from FTM2014

Importing from another genealogy program? This is the place to ask. Questions about Exporting should go in the Exporting sub-forum of the General Usage forum.

Thank you for helping to update the FTM Import KB entry.
Sorry we got off to a rocky start with FH.
Hope you enjoy the FH experience from now on...

Having recently upgraded my computer from W7 >> W8, I have had to reinstall FH.

I am trying to import a GEDCOM file from FTM and find myself back to the problem I had at the start of this thread in that it wont recognise the images.

Having done a reinstallation I am back to Version 5.0.0 - and as I discovered earlier in this thread, I need to upgrade to version 5.0.9

However, now when I check for updates I am offered version 6, which I don't want to go for at the moment. Is there anyway I can update 5.0.0 >> 5.0.9

Yes, go to the download archive and you can download it from there.
