The active forums list on the home page only appears to show one subject, and the view unread posts link has dissappeared.

I have cured that problem.
It was caused by <Select> in Subject title!!!!!
Originally this was Marriages - Greyed out <Select> button ... (11205)

Even a less than followed by 'sel' (<sel) has odd effect of truncating title, or <s striking out all subsequent titles.
I think the < is being treated as an HTML tag?

Jane, could you investigate this problem please.

I have removed html tags or things which look like them from titles on the home page.

Why not replace < with < and > with > ?

I am very sorry - it was me who caused this problem as I was trying to show that select was not a verb but a button in the software. Which characters are safe to use so I don't muck up the system again?

Many thanks, Anne

It is not your fault Anne, and the problem has been fixed OK.
