Just been trying to find where I can set a new default font for Reports, but have failed. I know I can wade through every line of every font listing in the Report options for each report type (and presumably save as a custom report to preserve the changes) but I felt sure there had to be a default font setting somewhere in Preferences/Tools that could be changed to achieve a global change without the tedium and time to edit every single line in the Format box - especially as you have to close and then re-open the font selector box for each individual line!
Any help, as always, much appreciated.

I'm afraid you are correct Stuart.
There is no global Font setting for Reports.
There is not even a default setting per Report as there is for Diagrams.

The only method I can suggest is to use a plain text editor as follows:

1. Backup all the Report .fhr files from C:\ProgramData\Calico Pie\Family Historian\Reports\Custom &/or \Standard for safe keeping.
2. Using a plain text editor perform a global replace from say Times New Roman to say Arial in each .fhr file within the ProgramData folders above. Some editors allow batch replacement across a set of files.

If you inspect these .fhr files you will see every Font definition line has the following standard format:
Font - Record Hdg=20,0,0,0,700,0,0,0,0,3,2,1,16,Times New Roman
Font - Label=8,0,0,0,400,0,0,0,0,3,2,1,18,Times New Roman
Font Hdr Left=10,0,0,0,400,0,0,0,0,3,2,1,32,Arial

If all goes awry then you have the backups to restore.
All the Standard Reports can also be retrieved from C:\Program Files (x86)\Family Historian\Reports

I hadn't realised that the report files with a FHR format were just text files. I've followed your guidance and it provides a much quicker, and very simple, way of achieving the changes.
So, another problem solved, and something new learned about FH - where would we be without this forum
