FH 5.0.7 crashes when working with the the Sample

FH 5.0.7 crashes when working with the the Sample Projects and more tasks. I was working on Chapter 6 and it crashed adding Facts at different times. Tried three times and each time I open the Sample project it has wiped out the facts I entered already.

I did not have FH set to auto save before it crashes. [cry]

Is there a patch to stop the crashing of the program.

Can you provide more details of the crash?

I might be worth trying the 5.0.9 release candidate.

When I try to add another Fact after adding a few (2 or 4 facts) the program stops responding for a few seconds up to 15 and then it shows the MS close program window and tries to correct problem then stops and the only thing you can do is click OK, which closes the program and does not save the work entered in the facts section.

The 5.0.9 release candidate seems to have corrected the crash problem.

But now I have another problem View > Go To then the program stops running and shows a all areas blank except the Named List / Items
Bookmarks 0
Key Individuals 0
Work in Progress 0

and the program is locked up. Menu is greyed out.

Had to close using the Windows Ctrl-Del-Alt method to close program.

I have FH 5.07 - checked for updates and get the message that I have the latest version.
