I have created quite a large family tree using V5, for one marriage for some reason the marriage appears in the the husband's box but not in the wife's, I have the options set so that it should be displayed in both - can anybody help with this problem.
Thanks Alan

It always helps if you can post the details of the text scheme you are using, especially the line(s) you are using for the marriage.
Remember you may need to define the line differently using the FAM record rather than the INDI and that for the relation rather than the spouse you will need extra lines if there is more than one marriage.

Check the Text Scheme in which you have set the options to 'display in both'.
In the Marriage Item every Box Type except Proxy should be ticked and all the options to the right should say any.
If some say males only or not displayed then that is the cause.
It depends on where the 'marriage' is in your tree - Ancestor, Descendant, etc.
