* Count of Ancestors and Decendanats for any generations

Hello Everybody,
I hope somebody can help me. I am trying to count the number of ancestors and descendants for any generations and I don't be able to do beyond 2nd generation. The database query put 0 as count of descendants beyond gen 2. Could any body advise me how to accomplish this ?

I have enclosed a diagram where the counts does not show beyond generation 2.

Those are not standard Family Historian facts and were probably calculated with the Plugin

You could try downloading , installing and running the plugin and see if the details are updated.

That is the plugin I used and even wrote to the author. I think the plugin may not be working correctly and limiting to only two generations.

Suresh, have you run that Plugin recently?
It must be run to bring the counts up-to-date. That will not happen automatically.

yes, I have run that plugins many times now for top root to bottom root. It does not update the descendant counts past 2nd generations.

The plugin does not seem to update the database. It just shows the report on screen.

I think you may be running the wrong Plugin.

Ancestors and Descendants Counts by Generation needs an Individual to be chosen and produces a Result Set report.
It does NOT update the Ancestor Count and Descendant Count facts.

Create and Update Ancestor and Descendant Counts just requires you to click Create and it produces no Result Set.
It updates the Ancestor Count and Descendant Count facts for every Individual in one go.

Yes, I was running the wrong plugin. Now, I works after I ran the right plugin. Thank you and apologize.
