[[sb>]] Shortcut needs correcting

The KB [[sb>]] Splitbrain shortcut is broken.

Jane, can you please change it so the translation is:

https://www.splitbrain.org/

as explained in contributeyourknowledge:edit_links_and_media#other_link_shortcuts|> Other link shortcuts such that it works.

Not sure, but it was in old Contribute Your Knowledge as supported by Wiki, so somebody thought it worthwhile.
