Hello FHUG

I have made a mistake somehow and it looks as if i have mucked up "Reports" in my FH, if i ask for a report all i seem to get on viewing the report is shown below, have you any idea how i can rectifier this please to get back my reports in the way they should be?

It would help if we could see the whole Family Historian window as this might give more of a clue as to what is going on.

Try setting your Default printer to the Family Historian PDF printer, either in the Control panel for windows, or just on File>Print Set or the Printer Setup on the Report window inside Family Historian, does that help?

You need a little detective work to investigate this type of problem.

Firstly, use Save Report As > Custom Report Type and give it a memorable name so you can retrieve its customised Options via Publish > Custom Reports if necessary later.

From the panel and scroll bars on the right, you are only showing part of that Report.
What is shown on the rest of Page 1 and on Page 2 to Page 6?

Does that Report misbehave like that for all Individual records?

Do other types of Report misbehave like that?

Now open the Family Historian Sample Project and try the report there. Does it work or fail?

If it fails, then in Report > Options use the Installation Settings button on each tab Main to Privacy.
Does that fix it?
