I think that Edward should be in the Media Folder of the Project Data Folder but not too sure how to go about this. Many thanks.

Media File Links
Sorry to be asking for help yet again!
I'm about to change PCs from Window 7 to 10 and following the instructions for the Family Historian V5 and V6 Migration Guide and have come to a halt regarding the media links see below:

Re: Media File Links
You are right to stop and ask for advice because that photo will be awkward to migrate.
The easiest solution is as follows:
The easiest solution is as follows:
- Use Windows Explorer to move that photo into the Project's Media folder.
i.e.
Browse to C:\Users\Jane\Pictures\Scanned Family old Photos folder.
Right-click Edward William Wilson photo and choose Cut.
Browse to the folder shown in Current Project Folder in your screenshot.
Then browse down to the Project ...fh_data folder.
Right-click on its Media folder and choose Paste.
That Edward William Wilson photo should now exist in Media but NOT in Scanned Family old Photos. - In FH use Tools > External File Links and click the Auto Repair Links button.
That should remove the C: entry and Edward William Wilson appear within Media list.

Re: Media File Links
Thanks Mike, I've now got Edward in the Media Folder where he should be. I also noticed something strange when I was looking in my ... fh_data folder and have seen something that dosen't look right. For some unknown reason I seem to be missing the Census 1891 Folder but it appears i've somehow put it in the 1841 folder by mistake and there is an 1851 census in there too. To correct this would it be the same proceedure as I've done with the media Files?

Re: Media File Links
Yes, just create the desired folders, and move the image files into the correct folders.
As long as you don't change the filenames of the image files, the Auto Repair Links button should find them.
