Welcome to the FHUG Sam.

You will find all the details in how_to:reinstall_family_historian|> Family Historian Installation Advice.

In particular how_to:family_historian_licence_problems|> Family Historian Licence Problems. So if you downloaded FH V6 from Calico Pie then supply them as much detail as possible and they will enable the licence again. If you bought a CD then I am afraid you will have to find it.

When sorted out do follow advice in how_to:family_historian_installation_details#installation_archive|> Installation Archive so it does not happen again!

BTW: If it is still installed in Windows 10 then it should be listed in the Start menu Apps under F for Family Historian which is a yellow folder that opens to show the FH program, and Help shortcuts, etc.
