It's just a file, which unless you changed the default location will be in the public folder of your Project, just copy the file to your USB stick in windows file explorer, or use the attach option in your email client to add it to an email.

Re: how to send diagram pdf
I have moved this to the FH General Usage Forum that is more appropriate.
So, just to check, with the Diagram open you are using Diagram > Save Diagram As > PDF File (.pdf).
The dialogues do suggest that it will be Printed, but it will actually just save a PDF file in your Public folder.
(This is typical of many PDF creation tools that use a dummy printer driver that actually saves to file.)
That PDF file will automatically open in your default PDF reader/viewer program.
If that program is Adobe Acrobat Reader then click File > Send File > Attach to Email to send as Email attachment or use File > Save As and choose your memory stick.
Other programs such as Nitro Reader will have similar File > Share > Email and File > Save As commands.
BTW: This is similar to your previous Export Diagram to USB (13841) and email a pdf diagram (13053) postings.

Re: how to send diagram pdf
Thank you both Jane and tatewise I will follow this. Yes I do realise that it's similar question I posted before, I was able to do that without any problem. With your instructions , but this time I could not get it to do what I needed.
Many thanks
