how to see all convicts in tree

Post by barbaramac » 30 May 2016 07:47

Is there a way I can print a list showing all convicts in my tree? I have them flagged. Just thought I could find a way to get a list printed?

Have a look at this post List of individual record persons and their dates (13847) and the referenced KB article.

Modify your Individual Records List to add a field to display your convict flag, check that it works, then save as a new query. You can then modify that query to show just the columns and rows you want, and use that to print a report.

As you have them flagged you could just use the "Has Flag" Query and print that.
