* unable to scroll Facts all the way right using scroll bar

I have the columns in the Facts tab set so that the new column More is off to the right and not visible. This allows me to see more of the place.

If I try to scroll all the way to the right using the scroll bar in an attempt to see the More column, I can not see all of it. I can only see part of the M.

I know I can use the right arrow to get further to the right and see the whole column, but shouldn't it show by dragging the scroll bar to the right?

The converse is also true.
As you increase the width of any column, the horizontal scroll bar does not appear until the More column is almost completely off the right of pane.

The alternative of using the right arrow in the horizontal scroll bar is not an option until the bar is displayed.
