* Adding a shortcut to Plugins on the Toolbar

Is it possible to add a shortcut on the toolbar to a specific menu item? I would like a shortcut to the "Run plugin" function to save navigating the menu each time.

I think this is covered by ShortCut Icon for Plug In (12048) that explains how you can add any Plugin to the Tools menu.

Mike, this goes half way there, the real benefit would come if the toolbar could be modded by the user to add selected shortcuts as icons.

Getting it on the Tools menu does reduce the clicks of course.
