Individual Summary Report - Census facts not in order

Post by crusty » 08 Jan 2014 05:03

I use Ancestral Sources to enter my Census data. When I generate an Individual Summary Report or Family Group Sheet Report the Census entries are at the end of the individual's report and are not in date order (e.g. they follow the death and burial facts). Also any Occupation facts generated through the Census are also at the end. All other facts are listed in date order. I'm using the Installation Settings for these reports and have not altered anything.

Hope someone can help. Many thanks.

P.S. These census facts are in the correct date order when viewed in the Property Box.

To fix. Click on Tools then Re-order Out of Sequence Data...

Just to explain Steve's answer. The Fact tab always sorts by date, but the reports print the information in the order you have put the facts in. Using the re-order option puts all facts in date order.
