Help!
I am suddenly unable to carry out back-ups. I get a screen saying "Please insert the last disc of the Multi Volume set and click OK to continue". What does this mean? I don't have any multi-disc sets and it worked OK last week. I get this message for all types of back-up. At one stage it started, got to file 567 of 1094, and then stopped, saying "a problem occurred. Task may not have completed correctly".
I have recently updated to Windows 7 64 bit from XP, but have had no prior problems.
Rebooting doesn't help, either.

Re: Full Backup - Failure
Have you tried changing your backup location to a different folder?
Is the disk you are backing up to full or nearly full?

Re: Full Backup - Failure
Thanks, Jane
That did not cross my mind. I was using a 4G stick and it was full. Simple.
No more problems.
Thanks from Down Under.
