Text scheme & Project Window

Post by saban » 11 Sep 2013 10:27

Due to all the help that I have had I am now nearly ready to start presenting my family tree.
At the moment I only have two problems: I am using my own text scheme which includes all the basics, ie, BMD,Adoption, Baptism, Divorce & Death. I would like to see Marriage & Divorce in the boxes of both parties; at the moment it only appears in one party.
Secondly I have done something wrong. When I clicked on FH I use to see the project window showing installed projects and my own personal project. Now when I click on FH I go straight to my own project, and no project window. Obviously I have ticked or unticked a box in erroe, but I do not know where. I am afraid to press the button, "Installation Settings" in case I lose everything.
I would be most grateful for any assistace.

I would like to see Marriage & Divorce in the boxes of both parties;
You need to set the Box Type options to any for the Marriage and Divorce items in the Text Scheme:

Now when I click on FH I go straight to my own project, and no project window.
You have simply set your own project as the Default Project so it opens by default.
You can use File > Project Window to open the Project Window at any time.
If you do NOT want a default, then right-click the ticked Default Project and remove the tick.
