Hi Jane

Is it correct that when i produce a diagram and look at the boxes that contain husband and wife connected by = that the marriage date for this couple is shown in both the boxes? I would like it in just one, can that be done?

Sounds like you have a custom text scheme, with a custom spouse box.

Check out one of the standard text schemes to see how to control the marriage. Normally the marriage date only appears in the spouse box.
