PDF output is not enabled

When trying to save a chart as a pdf, I have this message come up 'PDF output is not enabled'

anyone help ?

You might be able to fix this by (re-)installing the upgrade to version 5.0.9

The most common reason for this is that your Nova PDF printer has been uninstalled or deleted. As Peter say's installing the latest version should repair the install, if it does not check and uninstall the Nova Family Historian Printer Software using the control panel>Programs and try the update again.

Thanks Peter and Jane
Installing the upgrade to 5.0.9 [re]installed the NovaPDF driver and fixed this problem for me.
Note it requires a re-boot.
