Editing Source Records by Right Clicking

The right clicking of a source record should allow deletion. Period.

[ One should not have to select and then use Edit / Delete ]

The right clicking of an item within a source record should allow deletion. It should also allow the editing of the record

Hi Jane,

No I had not tried that one.

It just seems logical to have all options (edit, deletion, etc) on the one (right click) context menu, that's all

Once you get accustomed to Windows, Right-Click/Delete becomes automatic. As a newcomer to Family Historian over Christmas, I found most of the operations intuitive. Deleting by Edit/Delete is more time-consuming - and it requires use of both hands!

Chris,

Edit/delete is achieved with the mouse, right click, selecting.

Unless *you* switch mouse hands I am lost!

Please explain!

Cheers

Phil.
