Couple of wee problems;
1. On one of my trees when I go to 'Records Window' there is no 'Relationship to Root' list.
2. Is it possible to pick an area of a tree say A4 size and print that out only?

Do you have a root person set for the tree? If not set one.

When the printing prompt comes up just tell it to print the page you want.

or

Hide the boxes and branches you don't want to reduce the size of the diagram that way.

Another way to print part of anything is to use a screen grab.
On Windows 7 there is the Start > All Programs > Accessories > Snipping Tool, other free products are available.
Draw an A4 shaped rectangle on screen around what you want printed, and save as an image such as JPEG.
Then simply print the JPEG image file.
This technique will work for anything - Diagrams, Record Window, Focus Window, etc.
