Can someone please explain to me the best way to attach media files to individuals? Currently I am attaching them to Facts, eg. adding the image of a census form to a census entry. However, the media does not seem to be there when I go from the Facts tab to the Multimedia tab in the focus view - this does not seem logical. I would have expected all my media files attached to an individual to be together in one place, ie. under their specific multimedia tab.
Am I doing things the wrong way round, or am I wrong altogether? I am getting really fed up of having to attach the same file to an individual loads of time.
Thanks and regards,

I am not really sure what you are trying to achieve.
Census images, birth certs etc should be attached to the sources or the citations, not to the person, they will be included in any reports where you show the sources. The only time I use fact images are for photos of houses against residence events.
Photos of people should be attached to the record level for the person.

... and if you use the excellent Ancestral Sources that will make things very much easier for you and ensure that you get the images and everything else in the correct places.
