A colleague has sent me a file, containing a family chart, having a vch suffix. Is it possible to import it into a new Family Historian project. I've tried the 'New Project' route but this seems to require data in a .ged file.
Alternatively, is there any other way of opening this file so I can simply print it. Thanks Peter

You could try the TMG to FH Gedcom Converter in the FHUG Downloads at http://www.fhug.org.uk/wiki/doku.php?id ... _converter.
TMG stands for The Master Genealogist at http://www.whollygenes.com and their output used to be .VCH files but now is .VC2 files.
If the above converter does not work, then contact the author Jon Axtell whose E-mail address is given on the FHUG Downloads page, and he may be able to help.

I think that a .vch file is probably a graphical chart file output from an old version of The Master Genealogist. I think that in order to use the TMG to FH Gedcom Converter you will first need to obtain a GEDCOM output from TMG.
