Hello group, my first posting.

Can anyone give me help on copying a list of all the individuals in FH into Excel spreadsheet.

I want to display information in tabular form and think a spreadsheet ideal.

Regards

Barry

Yes, I second this query.  Even better if it was through some kind of ODBC functionality.

Hi Barry,
A good starting point is to use a Standard Query as follows:
On the menu bar select View > Standard Queries > All Individuals.
Click on the Save Query to File icon (looks like a monitor screen with a red arrow, near top right of window).
Ensure the Save as type: is CSV (Comma delimited) (*.csv), choose the folder to Save in: and the File name:, then click the Save button.
You should be able to open this saved file in Excel and adjust column widths, delete columns, or whatever, and save as a standard Excel (*.xls) file.
If this Standard Query does not create what you want, you can copy it to a Custom Query and change the Columns and the Rows that are output.

Alternately to saving as a CSV file, you can also simply select all the cells of the query result and copy the lot to a spreadsheet.
