How do I set up a report which includes the

Address Field
If you have FH v.4, you could use a Fact Query with columns for Name, Event, Place, and Address. You could have row filters to include or exclude particular events and to include or exclude relevant individuals. Please bear in mind that if the Event is a marriage, there would be two Names rather than one.
