Hi
After I entered the information on Number of Years married, Children born, still alive & died in 1911 census I can't see where that information is displayed within FH facts.
Help please.
Although I have used FH for many years, I hadn't used GS so AS is a totally new concept for me and I am very pleased with my first try..
Many apologies if this query has already been asked, but looking through the forum I couldn't find anything similar

The columns with light coloured column headings only get recorded if you use the 'Auto' button to copy the data into the source text. This data is then saved into the source record that is created. If you don't want to do this - some users prefer not to transcribe the census entry - then there is no point filling these columns in as they won't be saved anywhere.
There isn't a pre-existing fact in GEDCOM/Family Historian that would be an ideal place to store the columns you mention.
Another option open to you would be to edit the Census template for the 1911 census to record these columns in the local note for the census fact.
Hope this makes sense - do read the help pages too.

I can't remember now what the default position is, but go to:
Census >Census Template Editor
then select the 1911 UK census, highlight the 'Completed years...' item in the left hand column. This opens up a dropdown box labelled 'Recording'. From the options select 'Append to census event local note'.
Repeat for the other items

Thank you- I will try using the Census Template editor.
