Window7 problem

Post by margarita » 03 Feb 2010 17:16

I have just had Windows 7 installed on my computer and am now trying to install FH 4 upgrade.

FH v. 2.1.8 & FH v3 installed with no problems. But when I try to install v4 upgrade I get the message

Set up unable to create the directory

“C:Windowssystem32”C”

Error 123: The filename, directory name, or volume label syntax is incorrect.

It was working perfectly on my old system.

Can anyone help a comlete non-techie? Answers in words of one syllable, please.

Regards,

maggie

P.S. The next window tells me to

'Correct the error and try again' If only [confused]

OK Folks, panic over.

By the time I had found the patch and installed it John had replied. Thank you, John.

Everything up and running perfectly.
