Am I correct in saying that everytime I need to send something to my family in the Projects Folder, I have to create a new Projects Folder, or does the Projects Folder automatically update itself as we go along.
Thank you for your help.

Not quite sure what you mean by 'send something to my family' ?
Projects Folder
Sorry Jane, I meant:
Am I correct in saying that everytime I need to send something to a member of the family, I have to create a new Projects Folder, or does the Projects Folder automatically update itself as I work on my family tree and save it. Should I be opening and working on the tree in the Projects Folder.
Just that OH says I have to make a new one if I want to send a cd to someone.
Sorry if it sounds a bit mixed up, it is a brillant programme but I still have so much to learn and am still a novice.
Thanks again
Marilyn

Assuming you have a project for your tree already, you don't need a new project to do a CD, unless you want to strip out people before you start.
If you simply want to send someone a 'cutdown' version of your tree simply use the save as option to save another copy of your gedcom in your project to run split tree helper over.
