While tidying up my data after installing v4 I noticed a spelling mistake in a flag name - how do I correct it?

How do I rename a flag
The quickest way is to use the 'Has Flag' query to set a new flag on everyone with the old flag and then clear the old flag using the Tools/Work With Flags and Named Lists option 3.

I did it like this (I am a bit query-phobic!)
Tools->Work with Named Lists and Flags
Type the name of a new list (say TEMP), select the misnamed flag, then Option 4.
Type the correct name of the flag, then Option 1.
Change the flag back to misnamed one and then Option 3.
Finally option 6.
Note that the old flag will not disappear until you restart FH4.

How do I rename a flag
OK I have replaced the flag on the individual records - but how do I get rid of the old flag to make sure I don't use it again by mistake?

Depends on which method you used, if you used mine, the step that has 'Option 3' deletes the old flag.
