Multimedia screen fields

Can anyone tell me how I can adjust the columns within the Multimedia screen. For example, I would like to rearrange them.

Thanks and regards,
Sue

Hi Sue,
If you right click on ant empty space in any of the record list windows(including the Multimedia one) you will get an option 'colums' click on this and there are several options for changind the order and displaying different columns etc. Hope this is what you wanted? [smile]
Cheers

Hi, I can see the configure columns option in the records list and have used it, but it's not an option on the multimedia list, ie. there are only two sort options.

Is this my installation do you think?

Sue,

You need to display the Multimedia tab, as follows:

Click on View>Record Lists>Multimedia

Then right click on the column header and you will get the short menu, including 'Configure Columns...' OR click on a blank space in the records for a similar menu.
