Formating text schemes

Post by john_gasson » 14 Mar 2004 21:15

I am trying to create a diagram using FH to use as an illustration in a research project of mine.

Selecting the various data references is not a problem, what I am struggling with is formating the text.

I have discovered n to force a new line, but what I also need is a way of put in a blank line.

Is there any way of putting in a blank, and are there any other ways of formating text, such as making one line bold or a different colour?

I don't think you can force a blank line, but you could use the old trick of using a . on a line on its own, although the line is not actually blank the full stop should not be too noticeable.

Thanks for the advice, I shall add my vote to the wish list. I am using the . to create a seperate line at the moment, but this is not ideal. I am wondering about creating a transparent image to insert in the box, I don't know whether that would works.
