Anyone got links to handy sites that have a listing of place names?

Would be very handy to have to go through when trying to read locations from BDM documents.

Areas I am interested in currently are Cornwell-England, Germany and Victoria-Australia.

I am just about to do some searches and see what I can come up with and will post back here those that I find for future reference of others.
