Chart Printing

A printing company wants me to save my chart as a custom report, can someone explain how to do this please, I have FH. 2.3

Custom diagrams only came in fully with V3.

I think you can have a custom diagram type to retain the settings for generations etc, but you will need to tell the printers which person to start from.

It might be best to double check with them. I presume it's one of the specialists rather than a office printers who actually want a PDF file?

Thanks Jane for your reply.
I have been in touch with the printers and they require a Gedcom file, picture file, and chart file to be sent as an attachment, how do I send the above.

That's difficult to answer with out knowing where you have stored every thing, but you should be able to attach your gedcom and text scheme (if not a standard one) file, then attach all the photographs you need for the chart to your email
