been using FH but now have to split my file to share with newly discovered branch. Dont shout, have tried.
Did standard query on (earliest)descendant x 2 root names attached flags. Did split tree helper using flags. Fine except just direct descendants not partners?
Do I need to construct a special query and, with trepidation, how do I do that?

Have you tried an all relatives query centered on the person you are sending it to? It works for me most of the time. There are a few options and suggestions in the knowledge base.
