I want to run a query to tell me at a glance which individuals have a photo to show in diagrams so I can attach a flag .I can then have a column so I can see at a glance who still needs a photo attached.I can't seem to work it out but am sure it can be done!! Can anyone helo please?[frown]

Are you using the exclude photo from diagram options?
If not if all your photos are media objects and not locally attached use
Exclude if %INDI.OBJE>% is null

I have just found what I needed.It was called Pics etc in the column options.Knew it was there somewhere!![smile][smile][smile]
