Hello All,
I apologise if this has been asked before, but I have done a search and can't find the answer.
I am interested in producing a custom report similar to the Places Report but which lists the columns in reverse order, i.e., County (in my case) first.
I can use Tools > Work with Data > Places to get a list and ticking the 'Reverse Display Order' gives me exactly what I want. But I don't seem to be able to get this into a Report (which I could then use on a Web export, e.g.).
Any ideas gratefully received!
Thanks, Adrian

Reverse Place Names Report
I can't think of a quick way, other than saving the Data Places report as a text file (with CSV extension) and using excel or similar to sort it as you want.
Reverse Place Names Report
Thanks Jane. I'm happy to do that for my needs, but ideally I wanted to include it as a report on my Web page output (and I'm too lazy to do that and code the html!).
I'm quite new to the queries/reports elements and I just wondered if I'd missed a trick in being able to configure them in this particular way.
Anyway, thanks for the response.
