saving reports

Post by hls » 20 Jul 2007 22:44

Please can anyone help me? I am having real problems saving my reports - they look fab when on screen or if I print them immediately, but if i save them to print later or to e mail they are just awful.
I save the report as RTF (for word, notebook etc) but at best they seem to save as one generation per page, even though originally the report flows nicely. How can I change this?
OR IS IT JUST ME?! (for once i hope it is!)[confused]

There are some limitations to the RTF, you might want to try using a a PDF converter like PDF995 or similar, that will give you an identical format to what you see on the screen.

Thanks for your reply Jane. I have downloaded PDF995 (and already have acrobat). Am I supposed to still save the report in the same way? I have tried doing so and it saves exactly the same as before. Please could you tell me where I am going wrong.

Just 'print' the report to the 'printer' PDF995.
