URL's as sources

A lot of sources are web sites. Could we have a URL in the source that would link directly rather than having to copy it from the source notes into the address bar.

I would like to see clickable web addresses any where (I have them in various note fields for instance).

This is already on the wish list.

Hyperlink the 'web field' in a repository or where ever a http:// exists
