Changing diagram page size

Post by vliet » 06 Nov 2003 10:53

Certain diagrams I have produced will comfortably fit on 1 sheet A4 landscape when printed. They look a bit small (without my specs!) so how do I enlarge them fo fit on a sheet of A3, in proportion? Also, how can I change those that fit on 2 x A4 to fit on 1 x A3?

First change your printer page size to A3.
Display the page lines and then right click on the corner of a page you can then dynamicly change the diagram size.

I hope this is clear if not please leave a note and I will do more detailed instructions.

Thanks Jane but I still don't quite see how this would enlarge a small diagram to be easier to se on A3, or a 2 page A4 one could be fitted onto 1 A3.
Your offer of more detailed instructions would be appreciated!

If you make the visual page on the screen smaller the diagram gets bigger when you print it, this includes all the text. It makes more sense when you try it.

Note I said right click, not left click, left clicking just moves the whole page around moving the bounaries.

Wonderful! Thanks again Jane - that seems to do it perfectly!
