Multiple Source Refernces Question

Post by RSellens » 16 Oct 2005 10:41

Hi all,
I am getting some strange results when linking multiple times on a single person to a source, with different references, and producing the individual summary report (or family summary report).
What i have is a will, spread over a number of pages, so i have created a source for the will (which links the the scan of the will as a multimedia object). For each individual refernced in the will, i have linked the source to any infomation i have extracted from the will, and am using the 'where within source' to indicate the page number that information was found. However when i produce the report, the references to the source are listed seperatly with the references (which is fine), but the 2nd and subsequent refernece to the same source use a source name of 'Ibid' instead of the true source name. see the attached images for refernce.

Am i doing something wrong or is a design feature or bug.

Thanks

Richard

You need to adjust the source options on the report to get the results you are looking for. As different people do sources in different ways the default setting is not right for everyone
