I may be in the wrong place.
A minor inexactitude exists on the change your password page. At the bottom it says that the old password is required if you change your e-mail address or username. It does not include changing passwords (or in other words anything on that page) but it is in fact required. One might think not since one is logged in at this point and must have used the password to get there.
Just trying to be helpful.

I think the idea is to prevent you leaving your user signed on somewhere and some kind person hijacking your account.
